Has my TSH settled since my dose changed in March?
Your TSH was 6.2 mIU/L in February, before the change. It was 3.1 in May and 2.4 in August, both inside the lab's reference range of 0.4 to 4.0. Your free T4 stayed inside its range at every test.
A question you could bring to Dr. Hale: how often should my levels be checked from here?

One result at a time is hard to read
Spread across years
Your TSH has been checked by a family doctor, then an endocrinologist, then again after a move or a change of insurance. Each result lives in a different portal, or on paper.
patients who read their own clinical notes found a mistake in them.Bell et al., JAMA Network Open, 2020 · 22,889 note readers
Read one at a time
Each appointment looks at today's number. The pattern across doses and years is harder to see, and it is often what you most want to talk about.
Three steps to one history
Start
Start your trial and choose who the profile is for, you or someone you look after.
Gather
Ask Triangle to request your records through Carequality and TEFCA, the national networks (you verify it's you, sign one release, and meet a clinician who signs the request with you), or upload old lab PDFs and photos of paper results, or both.
Ask
Your results become one history that updates as new records arrive. Ask how your levels have moved, and a second check reviews the answer.
Your results on one side, your days on the other
In your results
- TSH, free T4 and antibody results you can follow over time, each with a plain-language explanation and the lab it came from.
- A view of which results may be missing, with help requesting them.
In your days
- Your medication list from your records, including pharmacy fills when your records contain them, so each dose change sits next to the results that followed.
- Reminders in plain words, like “remind me every morning at 6:30 to take my thyroid pill.”

- Add a custom connector in your assistant’s settings and paste the address.
- Sign in to Triangle when you’re asked.
- Choose what it may read, and which profile, then Accept.
Then ask it
- “Show my TSH and free T4 results since 2022 next to each dose change.”
- “What did my endocrinologist write at my March visit?”
- “Which of my thyroid tests came from which lab?”
Said plainly: what your assistant reads is handled under its own privacy policy, which Triangle doesn’t control; disconnect it at any time in Triangle.
Your records stay yours, and no one pays to see them
Your information
- Never sold, and shared only where you choose.
Who pays
- No drug maker, laboratory or hospital pays Triangle, the company that makes Thyra. Members do.
- Triangle is HIPAA compliant (see the Trust Center) and listed in the Medicare App Library.
Triangle provides research and educational support. It does not diagnose, treat, or prescribe, and it never replaces your care team.
Honest answers
- Will Thyra tell me what dose to take?
- No. Triangle doesn't diagnose, treat, or prescribe, and it doesn't replace your doctor. Thyra helps you understand your results and prepare questions. Your dose is a decision for you and your clinician.
- What does it cost?
- A 7-day free trial, which needs a card, then $9 a month. Cancel before day 7 and you're not charged; after that, cancel any month. Your records stay yours. Membership covers Triangle requesting your records from hospitals and clinics and keeping them updated, the chat that answers from your own records, a review of your medical history by a licensed clinician, connecting your wearables, and uploading anything else you have.
- My results come from different labs over many years. Can they all come in?
- Triangle requests records through the national networks, Carequality and TEFCA, which reach many hospitals, clinics and labs, though not every one. Anything it can't reach, you can upload: old PDFs, photos of paper results, discs or faxes. Thyra shows what may be missing and helps you request it. Labs sometimes use different reference ranges, so it helps to see where each result came from.
- Does Thyra keep a symptom diary?
- No. You can tell the chat how you've been feeling and ask about your records, but there is no symptom log.
